CURATION

Curating with care. My curatorial approach is to introduce multiple interpretations and perspectives to works, where appropriate, bringing further insight, healing and recognition to art, artists and object. Through the platforming of diverse artists and re interpreting histories through a decolonising lens, an inclusivity can be brought forth that forges a mutualistic understanding of ourselves, ‘the other’ and the world we live in.

‘My approach is to find aesthetic resonance whilst also speaking to wider audiences in interesting and relevant ways. I also feel it’s important to give voice to excluded and marginalised voices whilst engaging communities in the wider exhibition programmes.’
